Daniel T. Pocklington graduated with honors from John F. Kennedy University School of Law in Pleasant Hill, CA, in 2009.  Prior to founding Pocklington Law, Daniel honed his skills in trial preparation, legal analysis, and client management at the civil defense firm Ericksen Arbuthnot and plaintiff's injury firm Willoughby Doyle.  Daniel is licenced by the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  He is a member of the Contra Costa County and Alameda County Bar Associations and has served on a number of board and committees on the local associations over his years of practice.
